Our Policies

Limited parking is available. We have 5 spaces and 6 villas. This means one space per villa with one villa parking across the street in Town Hall parking lot. All visitors of registered Sand Glo guest(s) must park across the street. 

Check Out 10 AM:
A late check-out needs prior approval. Late check-outs make incur a charge. Please take garbage to trash cans and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. You can leave the key in the room & the door unlocked. 

Pet Policy: 
Pet fee is $50 one time only and no size limit, but needs prior approval (a percentage of the pet fee goes to support animal rescue). Please pick up after your dog. It is a Pinellas County law. Plastic bags are provided in the dog walk areas. Please make certain your dog’s shots are up to date. If your dog has separation anxiety, then please make arrangements to board your dog or dog sitter. We have pet blankets for you to use on the furniture. All dogs need to have current flea treatments and shots. 

Visitors TWO day/evening visitors per villa: 
Two visitors are allowed per villa. If you have more friends in the area, please schedule different days for them to visit. We are a small quiet property and are not prepared for large amounts of people. 

Extra Overnight Guest: 
Hotel/Motel Regulations and Fire Code Regulations set limits for overnight guests in rooms. Please not exceed room limits. One Bdrm = 4 Two Bdrm = 6 Guests over amount will need to find other rooms.

All villas/cottages are non-smoking. We do have ashtrays you may use when you smoke outside. Please do not smoke in the villas. We will need to bill you $1000 or more for the special clean up and loss of revenue while room is being cleaned. 

We do not charge a cleaning fee unless you are staying less than three nights or have a pet. We hope that you will help us maintain this policy by leaving the villa/cottage neat. Please empty the trash and wash the dishes so we can check new guests in on time. We do charge a cleaning deposit, which may be refundable after check out depending on condition of room. 

Wheelchair Limited:
This property was built prior to the enactment of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Unfortunately, it does not have rooms or amenities spacious enough to accommodate wheel chairs, and modifying the property to accommodate wheelchairs is not readily achievable due to unavoidable physical limitations of the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to accommodate you.

No reservation is final until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. Only hotel guests with confirmed reservations are permitted on the property.

Local (727) calls are free. Long distance free The land line phone is located in the coin laundry. 

Please do not use charcoal or gas grills on the balconies or within 10 feet of any structures (Fire Code). Please use the gas grill in the front courtyard. 

No refund on early departures. Cancellation refunds are as follows: stays of 8 days or longer, villa must be re-rented in full for refund. 7 days or shorter, a 45 day notice must be given for refund. All rates are U.S. Currency. Taxes are charged on all stays. Balance due upon arrival. Rates may change. 

When you arrive, please unpack and settle into your room. Payment and registration are needed upon arrival. 

Any damages will result in forfeit of security deposit and/or credit card will be charged.
